Ingredients
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the walnuts and almonds until finely ground.
  2. Add cocoa powder, dates, vanilla extract, salt, coconut oil, and maple syrup to the food processor. Blend until the mixture comes together.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
