Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cabbage
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Tomato paste
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 piece Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 teaspoon Sour cream
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  2. Add cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onion, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream on top.
