Ingredients
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 3 large Potatoes
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 4 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 2 piece Bay Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, grated carrots, and diced potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage, tomato paste, vegetable stock, bay leaves, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and crusty bread.
