Ingredients
  • 2 cup Canned white beans
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the canned white beans.
  2. Finely chop the red onion.
  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the white beans, red onion, cherry tomatoes, fresh rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
