Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 4 sprig Fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Place each potato between two chopsticks or wooden spoons and make thin, even cuts along the length of the potato, about 1/8 inch apart, without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and brush them with the olive oil mixture, making sure to get in between the cuts.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
