Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Dried figs
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the dried figs, fresh rosemary, olive oil, water, salt, and black pepper. Process until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and the fig mixture until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut the dough into desired shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.
  6. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
