  • 2 cup Cannellini Beans
  • 2 sprig Rosemary
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the cannellini beans.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and rosemary sprigs, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the cannellini beans and vegetable stock to the pot.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
