Ingredients
  • 2 cup Dried pinto beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Molasses
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 6 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Rinse the pinto beans and soak them overnight in water.
  2. Drain and rinse the soaked beans.
  3. In a crock pot, combine the soaked beans, chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and water.
  4. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the beans are tender.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite BBQ dishes.
