Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Pizza dough
  • 1 cup Pesto sauce
  • 2 cup Assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Arrange the assorted vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and fresh basil leaves.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
