  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 150 gram Zucchini
  • 150 gram Red onions
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the carrots, potatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, and red onions into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
