  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 150 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
