  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
