  • 400 gram Turnips
  • 400 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 200 gram Apples
  • 100 gram Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and dice the turnips, sweet potatoes, and apples.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the turnips, sweet potatoes, apples, and dried cranberries with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
