  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and trim the carrots, then cut them into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, toss the carrot strips with olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned carrots evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the roasted carrots.
