  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the sweet potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
