Ingredients
  • 500 gram Broccoli
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 10 gram Fresh sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the broccoli and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle fresh sage leaves, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest over the broccoli.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
