  • 200 gram Beets
  • 200 gram Parsnips
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and chop the carrots, potatoes, beets, and parsnips into bite-sized pieces.
