  • 500 gram Hokkaido Squash
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the Hokkaido squash in half, remove the seeds, and cut into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, orange zest, salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.
  4. Brush the mixture over the squash wedges.
  5. Place the squash on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
