Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Okra
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the okra and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Trim off the ends of the okra and cut them into halves lengthwise.
  4. In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Toss the okra in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Place the seasoned okra on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the okra is tender and slightly browned.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the roasted okra as a side dish or appetizer.
