Ingredients
  • 500 gram Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture over them.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
