Ingredients
  • 500 gram Button Mushrooms
  • 300 gram Portobello Mushrooms
  • 200 gram Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 10 gram Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the mushrooms are well coated.
  4. Spread the mushrooms evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are golden and slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
