  • 16 ounce Green beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and slice the onion.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the green beans and onion with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the green beans and onion on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the green beans are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Meanwhile, chop the walnuts.
