Ingredients
  • 400 gram Green Beans
  • 4 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Divide the green beans into bundles of about 10 beans each and wrap each bundle tightly with a strip of bacon.
  5. Place the bundles on a baking sheet and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the green beans are tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
