Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 6 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 sprig Fresh rosemary
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  5. Place the sprigs of rosemary on top of the potatoes.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
