Ingredients
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 avocado Ripe avocados
  • 1 can Canned chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the roasted garlic from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a food processor, combine the roasted garlic, avocados, chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, cumin, salt, and paprika.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  7. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
  8. Serve with pita bread, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.
