Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into small wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
