Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Harissa paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, harissa paste, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
