Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and toss to coat.
  4. Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
