  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and trim the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
