  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and trim the carrots, then cut them into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the carrots in the dressing until well coated.
  5. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
