  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 300 gram Parsnips
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 5 gram Fresh Thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cut the carrots and parsnips into sticks.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the carrots and parsnips with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and caramelized, stirring once halfway through.
