Ingredients
  • 400 gram Carrots
  • 400 gram Cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into long, thin strips.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the carrots and cauliflower with olive oil, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
