Ingredients
  • 800 gram Butternut Squash
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Peel the squash and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the squash cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh thyme.
  5. Spread the seasoned squash cubes on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
