Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Brussels sprouts
  • 2 cup Butternut squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Peel and dice the butternut squash.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
