  • 500 gram Brussels sprouts
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the stems and remove any yellow leaves from the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
