  • 16 ounce Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
