  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the woody ends of the asparagus spears.
  3. Slice the red onion into thin wedges.
  4. Place the asparagus and red onion on a baking sheet.
