  • 200 gram Baby Carrots
  • 100 gram Scallions
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the asparagus and baby carrots.
  3. Place the asparagus, baby carrots, and scallions on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  5. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
