Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Assorted Toppings (e.g. vegetables, mushrooms, olives)
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca flour, yeast, olive oil, water, and salt. Mix well until a smooth batter is formed.
  2. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Grease a pizza pan and spread the batter evenly to form the crust.
  5. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce over it.
  7. Add mozzarella cheese and your choice of assorted toppings.
  8. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
