Ingredients
  • 4 piece Tortilla Wraps
  • 1 cup Black Beans
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 piece Red Onion
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 2 teaspoon Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the black beans, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, diced avocado, lime juice, jerk seasoning, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Heat a grill or a sauté pan over medium heat.
  3. Warm the tortilla wraps on the grill or in the sauté pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Spread the bean and vegetable mixture onto the tortilla wraps.
  5. Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
  6. Roll up the wraps tightly and serve.
