  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and fresh cilantro.
