  • 6 slice Baguette
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 12 leaf Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic glaze
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Brush olive oil on one side of each slice.
  4. Grill or toast the slices until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, blueberries, basil leaves, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Spoon the tomato and blueberry mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
