Ingredients
  • 4 piece Red Bell Peppers
  • 4 ounce Goat Cheese
  • 8 leaf Basil Leaves
  • 4 teaspoon Balsamic Glaze
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the red bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. Brush the peppers with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Grill or roast the peppers for about 5 minutes on each side, until slightly charred and softened.
  5. Remove the peppers from the grill or oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Fill each pepper half with goat cheese and top with basil leaves.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the stuffed peppers.
  8. Serve the red pepper stacks as a delicious appetizer or side dish.
