Ingredients
  • 2 cup Red cabbage
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the red cabbage and slice the apple and red onion.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the red onion. Cook until softened.
  3. Add the shredded red cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add apple slices, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
