Ingredients
  • 2 cup Red cabbage
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 1 juice of Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the red cabbage, grate the carrot, thinly slice the red onion, and dice the apple.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, sliced red onion, and diced apple.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
  5. Allow the slaw to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
