  • 1 head Red Cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the red cabbage into thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the maple syrup, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the sliced red cabbage to the bowl and toss until well coated.
