  • 1 cup Red Cabbage
  • 1 cup Napa Cabbage
  • 2 medium Braeburn Apples
  • 0.5 cup Spiced Pecans
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the red cabbage, napa cabbage, and red onion.
  2. Core and thinly slice the Braeburn apples.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cabbage, onion, and apples.
