Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Soak cashews and dates in water for 4 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews and dates.
  3. In a food processor, blend cashews, dates, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into cupcake molds.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4 hours.
  6. Once set, remove the cupcakes from the molds and serve chilled.
