Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 4 ounce Medjool dates
  • 4 teaspoon Almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes.
  2. Pit the dates and chop them into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the grated sweet potatoes, chopped dates, almond butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish.
