  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 cup Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • to taste for garnish Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the cashews, almonds, and dates until they form a sticky dough.
  2. Press the dough into tart molds to form the tart shells.
